Tim Maloy

Tim started his career in photo journalism working with local newspapers and national music magazines. He then took the leap into video production and spent many years filming for the motor industry as well as covering a variety of motorsports.

It was meeting his partner Jackie Herd that sparked Tim’s passion for filming equestrian based events. Jackie was a successful carriage driver and in 2007 the pair became National Champions.

It was through this partnership that Cavewood Productions was born. With the vision of providing the equestrian industry with an affordable solution to create quality broadcast content, Cavewood Productions have gone from strength to strength and now work closely with some of the biggest events and names in the sector.

Tim lives in East Yorkshire on a small farm with many animals.
