Winners of the 2014 ESMAs have been announced

The winners of the 2014 Equine Online Equestrian Social Media Awards and Equestrian Digital Awards have been announced.
Nominations for the 2014 ESMAs took place before Christmas when we received 17,131 nominations from 5,109 individuals. We then had the tremendously difficult task of selecting your 200 finalists from over 395 entrants.
A huge thanks to everyone who took the time to take part. For this year's ESMAs there are two prizes up for grabs in each category. The first is the Judges’ Choice ESMA, decided by the expert panel; the second is the People’s Choice ESMA, 100% decided by public vote.
The finalists created acceptance speech videos in which they've shown off their creative side for the online award ceremony – presented by our mini mascot Esmarelda, coming (almost) live from the Winter Equestrian Festival in Florida.

The Judges' Choice regional winners were put forward to the Fédération Equestre Internationale's Director of Corporate Communications, Richard Johnson to decide the winner of the 2014 Equine Online World Award. This year won by An Eventful Life.
The Judges' Choice winner of the category for best use of social media by an amateur horseperson, Bonnie Fishburn Eventing will receive a free place on a Hippikos – Training Holidays Programme (Intensive Training in Dressage or Jumping, or Both).
Horse & Hound once again cleared up with a total of 8 awards!
